Changing Your Email Password

If you are trying to change or reset your email password, you've come to the right place. If any of the following steps are unclear, please contact our support staff so we can be sure to solve your problem as soon as possible.

I.   Type https://www.gadgetworld.com:8443 in your browser address bar to visit your account login page. Notice a few things about this address:

(1) use https:// not http://
(2) replace www.gadgetworld.com with your internet address.
(3) add :8443 to the very end of the address.

You may be presented with a security prompt, simply click "yes" and the page will continue to load.

II.   Enter your Login and Password using your full email address as the login and your current password.

III.   Click the Preferences button from the top left of the tool icons.


IV.   Choose a new password and enter it into both password fields. Press OK and logout when you're done for the changes to take effect. Be sure to choose a password that is more than 4 characters long and does not contain the username.
